1. Check your email immediately for payment confirmation and your ticket—you must show your ticket (print or digital) for entry to Overland Expo.

2. Registered attendees must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an attendee that is at least 18 years of age.

3. By registering for Overland Expo, all participants are agreeing to the release of liability and communicable disease hold harmless waivers which will be issued to you electronically via email post ticket purchase. Your event ticket will be issued upon signing these waivers.

4. Review our refund policy before purchasing, no exceptions.

5. Camping is festival-style at all Overland Expo events, you will be camped closely to your neighbor.

6. Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

8. Media use: Drones are not allowed, and participants agree that all content of all classes / programs is copyright to the presenter and may not be used for generating revenue / building viewers online or in any other format without the owner’s explicit permission in writing.

9. Media Release: At Overland Expo, photography, audio, and video recordings may occur, either by media for professional purposes, by Overland Expo staff / contractors for promotional purposes, or by attendees for recreational sharing on social media. Your entry to Overland Expo constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your appearance and voice for any purpose in connection with your presence at Overland Expo.
